1) Who We Are

These Terms govern the use of professional services provided by VIGILANT FRONT, S.L., operating under the trade name VIGILANT37 (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2) Scope of Services

We provide cyber defense services to business clients, including executive-grade advisory, threat management, architecture assessments, and operations readiness.

All engagements are delivered under these Terms, together with any written proposal, statement of work, or agreement you receive from us.

3) Professional Nature

Our services are not consumer products. They are designed exclusively for organizations and professionals acting within their business capacity.

By purchasing our services or engaging with us, you confirm that you do so for business purposes and not as a private consumer.

4) Booking and Payment

Engagements are booked through Stripe Payment Links.

Full payment is required prior to commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A digital invoice will be issued automatically upon payment.

5) Refund Policy

Due to the professional and customized nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once the engagement has started.

Exceptions may apply only in cases of billing error or mutual written agreement between both parties.

6) Confidentiality

All information shared by either party during the engagement is treated as strictly confidential.

We will not disclose client data or engagement details to third parties unless required by law or explicitly authorized in writing.

7) Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and methodologies developed by us remain our intellectual property.

The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for internal business purposes only.

8) Limitation of Liability

We operate on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee that our findings or recommendations will prevent every security incident.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific service.

Indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit claims are expressly excluded.

9) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law in compliance with European Union regulations.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

10) Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services or legal requirements.
